Evtex Field Services is capable of replacing or repairing any size Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers on site with our highly skilled tradesmen and state of the art equipment. If emergency repair is required, our workforce can be mobilized to site in a short period of time. If it is determined that a replacement is essential, our 24 hour shop facility will be available to accommodate any short notice situations.

Evtex Field Services can provide replacement or repair of all types of Air Cooler Exchanger Bundles for either Horizontal Process Type or Vertical Compressor Coolers. This can be done in the field or in our shop facility if required.

 

Altex Industries Inc. Fabrication Facility

• Shell & Tube Exchangers in excess of 130” Dia. And 150 tonnes.
• Aerial Coolers up to and exceeding 10’ wide x 48’ long.
• Refurbishment of all types of Plate and frame Heat Exchangers including re-gasketing, plate cleaning and complete re-builds.
• Custom Machining & Drilling.
• Tube bending from 5/8” to 1” O.D. bent to a maximum of 62”.
• Welding processes including submerged arc, MIG, TIG and shielded metal arc.
• Radiographic cutters for up to 8” thick carbon steel. Plasma cutting for stainless & brass.
• Hydraulic testing, pneumatic testing, helium testing, dye penetration, MPI, x-ray and ultrasonic.

Evtex Field Services has a Heat Exchanger design and fabrication facility available at anytime, located in Edmonton, Alberta, called Altex Industries.  This facility has a 19,800 square foot fabrication shop that would be suited to fabricate or repair Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers It also has an additional 3 acres of yard space for lay down and possible future expansion.  The facility is also equipped with 1 – 15 ton and 2 – 10 ton overhead cranes with 20’ under the hook.
